Garden Fairs - Thread Fair & More

We’ve been hard at work in our Community Garden, restoring it after the difficulties of the last few years and opening it to our Community on a daily basis (the perfect place to enjoy a coffee and house-cooked food!). As this process moves along, we’re able to begin using the space to its fullest, and as such, are pleased to announce a new program of Garden Fairs. This all begun with our first Destash Craft Fair, a fabulous day that formed part of Sydney Craft Week.

But it has grown into something more! We will now be hosting regular Garden Fairs, cycling through different styles of fair - such as arts & craft destash, second-hand clothing, tools & bric-à-brac etc. In each case the focus will be on offering a laid-back informal event where even someone who’s never held a stall before will feel comfortable booking a spot and coming along to find a new home for some of their old treasures. And for those looking to buy, these will be the perfect place to find a bargain and discover those treasures! Not to mention that all involved enjoy a fun day in good company, with gardens to explore, music and activities, and food and drink available from Lyttleton Stores.
