There’s no shortage of movements pushing for more positive outcomes in the way we eat, drink, shop and live. Lyttleton Stores in the Blue Mountains is one such initiative – except that instead of focusing on one aspect of sustainable living, it tries to cover them all.

There’s a new spot for foodies to visit in the Blue Mountains, hidden in the village of Lawson. We’re trying it all including – a delicious chocolate bar, a pickling and broth-making class set in the historical Lyttenton stores and a delicious dinner in a restaurant you’d swear you’d found in Sydney.

Lyttleton Stores is a collective of women, combining organic, local and seasonally grown food and artisan made wares. We exist to grow and nurture a community in which customers, makers and growers are connected.
