This Spring at Lyttleton Stores we will have the amazing Lauren Merrick gracing our walls at the very same time as the twilight markets, hosted by Arts Muster, it’s going to be one incredible spring night not to miss!!!!

Arts Muster is a long-weekend of arts and crafts workshops 5-7 October this year. Held at Korowal School, All the Arts Muster workshops are designed so that you go home with beautiful, hand made items, some new skills, and a sense of personal satisfaction. Lauren Merrick is an illustrator who grew up by the beach on the east coast of NSW Australia and now is residing in the beautiful Blue Mountains. Lauren works with watercolour, gouache, paper cut, collage and ink to create whimsical illustrations for blog headers, logos, portraits, invitations and children's book illustrations. She also creates personal designs for her online store and to sell at markets.

Clients include The Sydney Royal Botanic Garden, International and Australian Traveller Magazine, Walker Books, Little Steps Publishing, some of Australias top bloggers including BabyMac and The Beetle Shack and other small businesses.

Summertide Makers Markets

Atelier of Lyttleton Stores Coopeartive hosted a Summertide Makers Market on Sunday the 9th of December from 11am to 4pm.  

 

Our market took place within our Workshop and Garden, with music, our signature organic food (including iced cream!) and drink and a Mesa Bario salad for sale and a coffee cart. 

Local artists and artisans using quality materials, artistry (and environmentally friendly production and packaging where possible) were encouraged to apply.

Participating artisans and artists included Alison Dicken (Blaxland; botanical and wildlife illustration), Ecolier Kids (Glenbrook; handsewn children’s wear), Greg Crowe (Glebe; earthenware), Jane Tadrist (Hazelbrook; silver jewellery), Meeri Anneli (formerly Glenbrook; illustration and textiles), Southern Wild Co (Wentworth Falls; handcrafted candles), Woodlander (Hazelbrook; personalised leather goods), Eco Mountain (Lawson), Mesa Bario (Lawson) and Hempy Mylk (Katoomba).

Atelier of Lyttleton Stores Cooperative hosted its first Wintertide Makers Market on Sunday the 22nd of July.

 

Our market took place within our Workshop, with a wood fire, music, organic food and drink for sale and a coffee cart.  

 

Participating artisans and artists included THE MULBERRY TWO (Katoomba and Mount Colah; woodwork), OH, HELLO HENRY (Orange; handmade homewares and more), STEVE SHERIDAN (Wentworth Falls; pottery), WILD WATTLE (Springwood; jewellery, ceramics and more), WOODLANDER (Hazelbrook; leather goods), MESA BARRIO (Lawson) and THE LITTLE COFFEE CO. (Lawson).
