Hire Our Space

 

Preserve workshop and event space is a wonderful warm and light venue that is perfect for creating, learning and events. It features a fireplace, movable workshop tables, 12 stools and a rustic brick floor. Access to items such as the projector, tea and coffee as well as catering can all be hired for an extra cost. The rates advertised here are for private and commercial groups and individuals, for community and not-for-profit groups please email workshops@lyttletonstores.com.au to discuss rates specific to your workshop or event.

Rates:

Monday – Friday 8:30am-6:30pm

$130 half day$250 full day

$25 per hour

$50 per hour, after hours

Saturday + Sunday 9:00am-6:00pm

$200 half day $380 full day

$45 per hour

$70 per hour, after hours

*Please note that most weekend slots will be taken by Preserve Workshops. Please inquire at least 2 months in advance to secure a weekend slot or check for availability.

Catering:

Lyttleton Kitchen caters! Lovely organic, fresh and local food can be prepared on site for your event.

We have several catering options, including long table lunches/dinners (maximum people 14), grouped tables (max 24 people) or standing (max 60 people). Options include: set menu or share platter, grazing table and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Please inquire for details and personalised quotes! 

What does hiring the space include?

  • Stools and moveable work tables (seats x12 people)

  • Accessible toilet

  • Tea facilities (kettle, teapot, cups and saucers. Does not include tea, coffee or milk).

  • Wifi

What can be hired within the space?

  • Tea, coffee, milk and bikkies $5 per head

  • Projector $10*

  • Easels $5 per head

  • Bluetooth speakers $5*

  • Firewood $10

  • Catering per head (please ask us for a quote!)

  • Garden access *conditional use

Not available for hire (at this stage, enquiries welcome)

Refund policy

20% non-refundable deposit is required 7 days prior to the booking date

Full payment to be paid within 24hrs prior to the booking date

Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable

*$100 refundable deposit on use of projector and speakers
