The Preserve Workshop Space is a wonderful warm and light venue that is perfect for creating, learning and events. It features a fireplace, movable workshop tables, 12 stools and a rustic brick floor. Access to items such as the projector, tea and coffee as well as catering can all be hired for an extra cost.

Rates:

Monday – Friday 8:30am-6:30pm

$130 half day$250 full day

Saturday + Sunday 8:30am-6:30pm

$200 half day $380 full day

*Please note that most weekend slots will be taken by Preserve Workshops. Please inquire at least 2 months in advance to secure a weekend slot or check for availability.

Catering:

Lyttleton Kitchen caters! Lovely organic, fresh and local food can be prepared on site for your event.

We have several catering options, including long table lunches/dinners (maximum people 14), grouped tables (max 24 people) or standing (max 60 people). Options include: set menu or share platter, grazing table and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Please inquire for details and personalised quotes! 

What does hiring the space include?

  • Stools and moveable work tables (seats x12 people)
  • Accessible toilet
  • Tea facilities (kettle, teapot, cups and saucers. Does not include tea, coffee or milk).
  • Wifi

What can be hired within the space?

  • Tea, coffee, milk and bikkies $5 per head
  • Projector $10*
  • Easels $5 per head
  • Bluetooth speakers $5*
  • Firewood $10
  • Catering per head (please ask us for a quote!)
  • Garden access *conditional use

Refund policy

20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking

Full payment to be paid 7 days prior to use of the space

Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable

*$100 refundable deposit on use of projector and speakers
