This week in the Pan Tree, we had a new product selling to get us ready for winter:
Blueberry and Walnut Porridge Mix - a creamy, nutty, sweet mix - and the blueberries plump back up when you cook the porridge!
Date and Almond Porridge Mix - the dates melt with the almond meal when cooked, very smooth breakie
Also in the Pan Tree were our regulars:
Spiced Almond Granola - a sweet toasted muesli with a subtle star anise flavor
Walnut and Blueberry Granola - intense dried Blueberries with crunchy baked walnuts and oats
Salsa di Pomodoro - our Parissi Pasta Sauce; traditional, mild, home-dried herbs and garlic tomato based sauce - our family’s special recipe
Pasta - organic flour and fresh eggs, we have hand-made pasta dried and parceled up ready for a quick or a special meal
Pizzelle -Italian Waffle Biscuit made in a waffle iron given to my biz nonna (great grandmother) as a leaving prezzie from her friends in Italy. Flavor of lemon zest and waffle, hard like a bikkie (which means they keep longer too). Perfect to eat plain with a nice coffee, or make a waffle like desert with Pear Syrup and cream… yum
Pear Syrup - Sweet and fresh tasting syrup with pear pieces, use like maple syrup - on pancakes, porridge, yoghurt fruit and granola with a little drizzle
Jams - we have a lovely selection of seasonal jams, all the fruit is from our own trees. Apricot and Vanilla, Apricot and Rosemary, Blueberry and Cinnamon
