Tasting today for an autumn wedding. This is their chocolate & hazelnut cake filled with fig jam and bitter cocoa cream, covered in a dark choc ganache, topped in toasted hazelnuts, fresh figs, edible flowers and drizzled in Mielery honey. Went down a treat!
