Sydney and the Blue Mountains, what a delightful winter adventure this is! The Blue Mountains has been stunning, with its quiet and crisp mornings. The views here are grand, misty and majestic. Much like in Tasmania, my days are filled with stoking the fire, sipping hot tea and cooking into the night. My Papa has a beautiful veggie garden that I have been preparing for some winter crops, and the chooks have started laying again.
On the weekends we travel down to Sydney, head off to Marrickville’s Addison Road Organic Food Markets. The people are very lovely, and very hungry! We are able to sell our delicious Baked Ricotta Cheesecake to happy customers!
Over the next couple of weeks we will feature another Tasmanian Producer at our stall, so keep an eye out on this blog and on our facebook page for updates. First up Miellerie, whose amazing leatherwood honey will be available at the Addison Road Organic Food Markets this weekend.
