Pasta Sauce variation 1

Today after the Lawson markets, my sister Nina and I headed to our parents house for a late lunch of PASTA!

Once we had heated up the sauce, just before serving we added some beautiful double cream and some of the fresh herbs from our stall. We topped it off with grated pecorino, and ate it with a chunk of crusty Hominy bread.

To finish we had coffee and biscotti.
