Winter Warmers - Vegan Comfort Food

Winter Warmers is a workshop dedicated to putting a vegan spin on classic ‘comfort foods’, perfect for those cold, Mountains evenings. Participants will learn some tasty tips and tricks about hearty, homemade vegan cooking. The greatest joy of cooking is being able to share and enjoy your creation afterwards and what better way to do so than in front of a warming, open fire in Preserve Workshops?

What will I learn in this workshop?

Participants can expect to discover diverse ways to use everyday ingredients to create an amazing meal, covering savoury and sweets delights. Erin’s focus is always on cooking seasonally, with the best possible produce and with as little waste as possible. This class is suitable for anyone who is interested and no experience is necessary. Participants will leave with simple, helpful tips and the confidence to recreate them at home.

Participants will enjoy a table, laden with the delicious meals created on the day and take home with them the recipes and some of Erin’s top tips in print.

About your teacher:

Erin is a self-taught baker and food enthusiast that combines her love of cooking and creating with her passion for animal welfare and her vegan lifestyle. Erin began Unplanned Bakery over twelve months ago and has been warmly welcomed by vegans and non-vegans alike at local markets, workshops and celebrations. Her greatest satisfaction is serving delicious and nourishing food to hungry people.

$90 includes all materials, refreshments and the delicious meal you create together. Bookings essential.
