What you do and who you are now are secondary to the potential you have inside you for who you can become and the life you can design for yourself!

Sometimes, our garden of life doesn’t look quite the way we want it to, there are too many weeds and the flowers simply aren’t blooming. You know you “should” be content and happy (mulching, weeding and planting), but you just aren’t... Maybe you feel like the seasons of life are passing you by and you haven’t yet made the difference in the world you wanted to make, or maybe you are so stressed out you simply don’t have the energy to smell the roses you do have...

If you are wondering how to approach these things in a way that creates meaningful change and really makes a difference in your life, this workshop is for you! You will learn top tips and very clear strategies, skills and tools to implement and practice that will tend and nurture the seeds in your garden bed of life and soon have you smelling the roses again.

What to expect:

At the end of the workshop you will:

  • be clear on what is important to you in your life and why;

  • understand how your mind works, and how to use it intelligently to shape your moments and days for a lifetime;

  • know how well you are meeting the six essential human needs and learn strategies to improve on each of these areas of your life;

  • establish the self-care practices that are important to you for a life of health and wellbeing;

  • set your intentions and focus on your version of a life of meaning and fulfilment.
