Learn to make vegan essentials that are good for your health, fuss free and seasonal!

In this workshop, Ayse Moonen will teach basic recipes for everyone to cook at home with few ingredients, and with ingredients they know. Participants will leave the class with the confidence to make their own milk, butter, cheese and chocolate. They will learn how to create healthier versions of dairy products. They will also realise the potential to expand on the recipes given and taught, with the revelation that they do not have to pay a fortune for vegan products off the shelf.

There will be samples to try including Cultured Vegan butter, Mozzarella, Marinated Almond Feta and Raw Chocolates.

What to expect:

Participants will learn how to make varied dairy products such as:

  • Butter

  • Milk

  • Different cheeses (one cashew cheese and one nut free cheese)

  • Raw Chocolate

What’s included:

Participants will take home oat milk, butter (small jar), a nut based cheese (you will make it and share it within your group), a nut free cheese and a piece of raw dark chocolate. Printed recipes are also included. Tea, coffee and treats will be provided, please BYO lunch or purchase snacks in store.
