Join the lovely Pip Beauvoir, local printmaker, in an abstract linocutting workshop creating your own wrapping paper and cards.  This workshop will focus on creating lively, abstract images and patterns, inspired by the gardens of the Lyttleton Stores. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Students will learn the technique of Lino carving and printing and spend time developing a design to carve into lino. They will then print these to make a set of cards and coordinating wrapping paper.

INCLUDES

Students will take home a set of cards and wrapping paper printed in a colour of their choice. 

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER

Pip is a local printmaker and painter. She uses art and colour to express the intangible and ambiguities of life and loves being hands on and messy!  She tend towards organic forms and abstract lines and is inspired by the natural beauty of the Blue Mountains.
