Do you find commercial gluten-free breads are difficult to digest and lack in taste and texture? Amy from Knead. has created a bread that is unique, easy and cheap to make that yields superior and consistent results. After many years of family and friends asking for this wonderful recipe, she is excited to share the techniques of making this delicious and nourishing gluten-free bread in our own homes.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Participants will be learning how to make gluten-free sourdough bread.  AMY will take them on a journey of creation; from cultivating the starter, to working with and proving the dough, to baking the loaf.

INCLUDES

Participants will make a proving loaf of bread to bake at home, receive a booklet containing Amy's recipe and method, and their own sourdough starter to continue cultivating.

$60 includes all materials, tuition, recipe booklet, sourdough starter and refreshments.
