May Exhibition WITH 'Meet the Artist over Dinner' Event

50.00

The Gallery of Atelier of Lyttleton Stores Cooperative presents ‘Surface Studies’, a solo exhibition by Bryden Williams. The exhibition opens Saturday the 4th of May, 6pm to 7:30pm.

‘Surface Studies’ is an exploration of sandstone abstractions in the Blue Mountains. This body of work utilises photogrammetry scanning to interpret movement within site visits to a weathered cave and plateau fissure in the present day Gardens of Stone National Park.

‘Surface Studies’ consists of data gathered from unceded First Nation land. Lyttleton and Bryden wish to acknowledge all First Nation groups within the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area, and pay respect to Elders past, present and emerging.

Join us in toasting Bryden’s work and the spirited culture of the Blue Mountains with organic alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and appetizers made in house, free of charge before 7:30pm.

Following the exhibition join us for our ticketed ‘Meet the Artist over Dinner’ Event!

This event begins at 7:30pm; and is a perfect opportunity to talk to the artist and fellow art appreciators, as well as to us about our art and other community initiatives and our organic produce (which will be available as scrumptious share platters around a long table).

This ticketed event is $50.00 per person (and BYO), and bookings are essential.
